Role Description The Project Manager role at Karmikus is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning and execution for ICT, EV mobility, and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Typical responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing project schedules and resources, monitoring progress, and resolving risks and issues. The role involves organizing inspections and quality checks, handling expediting activities to keep materials and services on track, and collaborating with logistics teams to align deliveries with project milestones. The Project Manager will also prepare status reports, maintain project documentation, and support continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with Expeditor and Expediting responsibilities to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality assurance practices for ICT, cabling, or infrastructure projects.
- Logistics Management skills to align supply chain activities with project timelines and operational needs.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
- Proven experience managing technical or infrastructure projects, preferably in ICT, EV mobility, or related domains.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and travel to project locations as required.
