PROJECT MANAGER - PROJECT MANAGER

Experience: 13–15 years

• Program Leadership: Manage complex programs end-to-end, including defining objectives, benefits, creating roadmaps, tracking progress, and ensuring successful rollouts.
• Project Delivery: Lead diverse projects such as enterprise platforms, internal tools, and client-facing applications. Exposure to domains like Gen AI, IT modernization, digital transformation, ERP, or marketing technology is highly desirable.
• Team Management: Build and develop global project teams to ensure successful rollouts across markets. Provide purpose, direction, and motivation to achieve maximum performance.
• Planning & Execution: Drive projects from requirements definition through deployment. Identify schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation strategies.
• Resource Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget, working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Strong experience in program and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting.
