Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, track, and deliver projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to deployment and closure.
  • Develop detailed sprint plans, define milestones, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress against delivery timelines.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide clear status updates and reports to senior management.
  • Identify, track, and manage project dependencies and risks, and implement mitigation/contingency plans proactively.
  • Translate business/product requirements into detailed project execution plans.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost while ensuring minimal impact on delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients; lead status calls and ensure effective communication.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices, DevOps processes, and build/release management standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within software development (products or services).
  • Strong exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery models.
  • Experience in handling the complete project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
  • Good understanding of build management and DevOps practices.
  • Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Technical exposure in telecom/networking/digital domains (web and mobile applications) will be preferred.
