Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for the following actions
- Overall In-charge and Single Point of Contact for the project. All the site staff shall report to PM and seek advise on all operational matters.
- Customer interaction
- To be able to understand and correlate the GFC drawings with the BOQ
- Real time Knowledge of the Project at the micro level and the time lines
- Having daily meetings with internal team to discuss issues and guide the team to take appropriate action for closure
- Coordination with Client, Consultant, Architects, Vendors and PPM team on drawings, progress, quality, saftey and costing
- Conduct Weekly progress review meeting - To check the progress as per the schedule and quality of work at site
- Ensure all the documents such as WO & Contract document copies / BBS / Measurements / Checklists/NCRs/Drawings, etc are maintained at site by respective team members and the vendors for ready reference
- Ownership for preparing the meeting Agenda and verify MOM before circulation.
- Review of construction sequence for the entire project - Civil, PEB and MEP
- Possess the best Interpersonal relation with all the team members, ethical values, integrity and commitment to continual improvement
- Review of DPR, WPR and MPR
- Ensure that all the EHS / safety regulations are being followed at site
- Project Handover as per set HOTO process and collection of Payment
- Good Communication skill
