Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Project Manager Planning & Execution. The Project Manager will plan, execute, and drive projects to on-time completion through strong planning, day-to-day execution control, and coordination. Own timelines and delivery while working in alignment with the Principal Architect, who owns quality and finish standards.
Qualifications: BE-Civil / Architecture / Construction Management
Key Responsibilities
Prepare master and week-wise project schedules
Drive day-to-day site execution through site engineers
Coordinate with Principal Architect, MEP teams, vendors & contractors
Ensure drawings, approvals, and materials are planned and issued on time
Monitor progress, sequencing, manpower & productivity
Identify risks early and implement recovery plans
Drive snag rectification, testing, commissioning & handover
Escalate issues early with clear solutions
KPIs
On-time project completion
Schedule adherence
Smooth execution with minimal rework
Clean, timely handovers
Requirements
Engineering / Architecture background preferred
812 yrs strong execution experience in Residential construction (High rise buildings, villas, luxury apartments)
Excellent planning & coordination skills (MS Project / Excel)
Proven ability to run sites and close projects
Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead project
