Urgent Hiring for Project Manager - MEP
Responsibilities
- Preparing costing for MEP works for Current & Upcoming projects.
- Preparing work orders for the projects and monitoring relevant works to be completed within the timeframe.
- Preparing comparisons and conducting technical meetings with the vendors.
- BOQ & Drawing arrangement from Architect & consultant.
- Processing bills & regular follow-up for vendor payments.
Desired Profile
- Candidate should have experience of 8 to 10 Years.
- Qualification should be Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical from a regular institution.
- Candidate should have experience from a Real Estate background.
- Interested candidates can share your resume.
- Candidate should be from MEP Consultant.
Salary Range: 70K to 75K per month
Working Location: Head Office, Noida only
