Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage project timelines; lead meetings with clear documentation, track action items, and proactively drive follow-ups to ensure on-time delivery and stakeholder accountability.
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop project charters, detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and timelines.
- Manage cross-functional and cross-geography teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
- Track milestones, KPIs, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and reporting standards.
- Develop communication plans and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
- Partner with business leaders to drive adoption and sustain change outcomes.
- Monitor areas of resistance and implement mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
- Prepare dashboards and steering committee presentations.
- Provide proactive risk management and issue resolution.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in project management role.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
- Proven experience managing cross-regional projects.
- Experience working on technology or AI-driven transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification.
