Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complete showroom renovation projects for luxury automotive brands. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with brand requirements. Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties. Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders. Manage procurement processes, including tendering, evaluation, and contract administration. Track project costs, approve invoices, and maintain financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations during all renovation activities. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree qualification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of construction and renovation processes, along with quality standards. Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
