We are seeking a Project Manager with hands on experience in ITIL, AWS, Project Manager, etc.,

What You'll Do:
- Ensure high-quality, efficient delivery of IT services by maintaining client satisfaction, enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and managing performance metrics. Act as the primary liaison, handling escalations, optimizing resources, and driving continuous service improvement.
- Monitoring service performance against defined KPIs (e.g., P1/P2 incidents, uptime) to ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
Expertise You'll Brings:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations, conducting regular service reviews, and reporting on performance.
- Handling service disruptions and resolving escalated issues to minimise impact on the business.
- Identify and segregate Service Request from Projects ; Develop and maintain project plans , schedules monitoring progress and proactively addressing any issues or risks that may arise. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including clients, senior leadership, and project teams.
