Hiring | Project Manager – Structural Steel Detailing
Location: Pune
Company: A US base Construction company
Client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple Structural Steel Detailing projects, mentor Project Managers and drive consistent project execution across a portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple Structural Steel Detailing projects covering scope, schedule, quality and budget
• Mentor Project Managers, Team Leaders and project teams
• Manage project planning, staffing, schedules, budgets and overall project health
• Drive client relationships and stakeholder management
• Partner with Technical Managers on constructability and technical consistency
• Handle project risks, escalations and delivery challenges
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement across project management
What we're looking for:
16+ years of experience in Structural Steel Detailing / VDC / BIM
Mandatory: Hands-on US project experience
Strong experience managing multiple projects and Project Management teams
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
Expert knowledge of Tekla Structures
Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks amp; Bluebeam
Strong understanding of fabrication, constructability and BIM coordination
Knowledge of AISC, NISD, AWS amp; ASTM standards
Experience in project scheduling, budgeting and resource planning
PMP certification is preferred
