JOB SUMMARY  

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Projects to lead and manage the development of high-rise residenƟal projects (30-40 floors). The ideal  candidate will have specialized experience in residenƟal property development, with a focus on  high-rise construcƟon. This role requires experƟse in project management, budget control,  quality assurance, and team leadership across departments such as contracts, purchase, billing,  and site management. The AGM will play a key role in ensuring that these large-scale, complex  projects are delivered on Ɵme, within budget, and meet all required quality standards. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

Oversee the end-to-end execuƟon of residenƟal projects, ensuring that projects are  delivered on Ɵme, within budget, and meet quality standards.  

Lead and coordinate teams across mulƟple departments, including contract  management, purchase, billing, and site management. Ensure cross-departmental  collaboraƟon for smooth project delivery.  

Manage and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure Ɵmely  procurement of materials and compleƟon of work in line with specificaƟons.  Monitor project budgets, ensure cost-effecƟve soluƟons, and manage financial  documentaƟon. Address any cost overruns or delays proacƟvely.  

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and provide regular  updates to senior management.  

Ensure that all construcƟon work meets quality standards, local building codes, and  statutory requirements. Implement and monitor safety protocols on site.  UƟlize advanced construcƟon technologies, including BIM and project management  tools, to streamline project workflows and monitor site acƟviƟes.  

Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements and concerns are  addressed during the project lifecycle.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

AGM Projects – Real Estate  

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS  

B.E. Civil Engineering or equivalent degree, with special experƟse in residenƟal  construcƟon.  

12-18 years of experience in residenƟal property development, with at least 5-7 years in  a senior management role.  

Proficient in construcƟon management soŌware (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, BIM), with  knowledge of the latest technologies in residenƟal construcƟon.  

Experience leading cross-funcƟonal teams, especially in contract management,  procurement, billing, and site management.  

Project management cerƟficaƟons like PMP, Prince2, or equivalent cerƟficaƟons will be  an added advantage.  

PREFERRED SKILLS  

In-depth experience in managing residenƟal property projects.  

Strong knowledge of residenƟal construcƟon processes, from land acquisiƟon to project  handover.  

Experience with advanced construcƟon technologies such as BIM, project management  soŌware, and automaƟon systems.  

Proven track record of managing large-scale residenƟal projects efficiently.  Strong communicaƟon and negoƟaƟon skills with external stakeholders like contractors  and clients.  

Ability to implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality standards.
