JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Projects to lead and manage the development of high-rise residenal projects (30-40 floors). The ideal candidate will have specialized experience in residenal property development, with a focus on high-rise construcon. This role requires experse in project management, budget control, quality assurance, and team leadership across departments such as contracts, purchase, billing, and site management. The AGM will play a key role in ensuring that these large-scale, complex projects are delivered on me, within budget, and meet all required quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the end-to-end execuon of residenal projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on me, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Lead and coordinate teams across mulple departments, including contract management, purchase, billing, and site management. Ensure cross-departmental collaboraon for smooth project delivery.

Manage and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure mely procurement of materials and compleon of work in line with specificaons. Monitor project budgets, ensure cost-effecve soluons, and manage financial documentaon. Address any cost overruns or delays proacvely.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Ensure that all construcon work meets quality standards, local building codes, and statutory requirements. Implement and monitor safety protocols on site. Ulize advanced construcon technologies, including BIM and project management tools, to streamline project workflows and monitor site acvies.

Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements and concerns are addressed during the project lifecycle.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

B.E. Civil Engineering or equivalent degree, with special experse in residenal construcon.

12-18 years of experience in residenal property development, with at least 5-7 years in a senior management role.

Proficient in construcon management soware (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, BIM), with knowledge of the latest technologies in residenal construcon.

Experience leading cross-funconal teams, especially in contract management, procurement, billing, and site management.

Project management cerficaons like PMP, Prince2, or equivalent cerficaons will be an added advantage.

PREFERRED SKILLS

In-depth experience in managing residenal property projects.

Strong knowledge of residenal construcon processes, from land acquision to project handover.

Experience with advanced construcon technologies such as BIM, project management soware, and automaon systems.

Proven track record of managing large-scale residenal projects efficiently. Strong communicaon and negoaon skills with external stakeholders like contractors and clients.

Ability to implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality standards.
