We are currently incubating a stealth media-tech venture focused on reinventing digital engagement, public campaigns, and narrative infrastructure through AI, creative strategy and performance-driven content.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager (Non-Tech) to oversee and drive the end-to-end execution of media and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing cross- functional projects, coordinating between internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of media and marketing projects from planning to delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including creative, content, strategy, and operations to ensure seamless
  • campaign rollout.
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and agencies for campaign execution.
  • Track project performance and prepare status reports, post-campaign analyses, and learnings.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
  • Maintain clear documentation, briefs, and communication flow across stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality control and consistency across all project deliverables.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 45 years of experience in project management or campaign operations, preferably within media, marketing, or advertising agencies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with media planning, production workflows, and campaign tracking tools.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Notion).
  • A strong eye for detail, ability to problem-solve, and a collaborative approach to work.
