Role Overview
Responsible for complete project management of luxury hotel developments from inception to handover, ensuring
timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to hospitality grade quality standards. The role demands strong
leadership, technical proficiency, an agressive and dynamic approach with the ability to coordinate seamlessly with
multiple stakeholders including brand client, operators, consultants, and contractors. Must possess relevant
experience in high-end interior fit-out works, preferably in hospitality, corporate, or premium commercial projects.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and handover in alignment with hotel brand and operator
requirements.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve design, site, and coordination issues
promptly.
- Review and validate BOQs, design drawings, specifications, and material submittals to ensure compliance with
hospitality standards.
- Time, Quality, and Cost shall remain the core focus parameters across, ensuring that deliverables are achieved
efficiently, within budget, and to the required standard of workmanship.
- Manage project schedules and resource allocation to achieve defined milestones.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations across all project stages.
- Oversee procurement, vendor evaluation, billing certification, and subcontractor management.
- Conduct regular progress and review meetings; prepare comprehensive project status reports for stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks or delays and implement proactive mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
