Department: Operations / Project Delivery
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management (EPC Execution)
- Plan, execute, and close projects in line with scope, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams
- Develop project schedules, track milestones, and manage risks
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety, and quality standards
- Monitor project costs and control budgets
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site activities
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution
- Conduct project review meetings and provide status updates
- Handle client expectations, variations, and change orders
- Ensure timely approvals and documentation
3. Service & Maintenance Management
- Oversee after-sales service, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and troubleshooting
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Manage service team deployment and response times
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick issue resolution
4. Resource & Team Management
- Allocate manpower, tools, and materials across projects and service jobs
- Supervise site engineers, technicians, and service staff
- Provide technical guidance and performance feedback
- Support hiring and training of project/service personnel
5. Procurement & Coordination
- Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of materials
- Review vendor performance and support vendor selection
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing aligned with project budgets
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation (contracts, drawings, reports, invoices)
- Prepare progress reports, MIS, and performance dashboards
- Ensure proper handover documentation after project completion
7. Business Support
- Assist in project estimation, costing, and proposal preparation
- Identify opportunities for upselling services or repeat business
- Support continuous improvement in project execution processes

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or relevant field)
- 5–10 years of experience in EPC project execution and/or service management
- Experience in a small or mid-sized company preferred (multi-role exposure)
- Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office
