Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Business PM) to lead enterprise-level initiatives within the US Healthcare domain. This is an individual contributor role that involves working closely with senior leadership and Program Managers/Directors to drive end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will manage strategic projects, perform data-driven analysis, and ensure seamless stakeholder coordination to deliver impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align business vision and objectives with projects across multiple departments.
  • Own end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Establish and manage project/program governance frameworks.
  • Prepare and present progress updates, issue logs, and budget reports to Steering Committees.
  • Facilitate effective communication between leadership and project teams for smooth execution.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration across departments.
  • Identify process improvements, eliminate redundancies, and implement best practices.
  • Perform data analysis, interpret insights, and prepare presentations for leadership.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives and secure client approvals for implementation.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • Must have at least 10 to 18 years of experience in Project Management domain (non technical).
  • PMP Certification or equivalent project management training.
  • Strong knowledge of US Healthcare Management and Insurance industry operations.
  • Proven experience in Consulting/Business Development with project management expertise.
  • Background as a Healthcare Business Analyst.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Independent working style with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Expertise in problem management and resolution.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to analyze and visualize data, extract actionable insights, and share across teams.
