As a Project Manager, you are responsible for working with delivery stream leads across Front, Middle, and Back Office applications to define and execute a comprehensive, documented, repeatable, resourced, audited, and budgeted end-to-end (E2E) test plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, coordinate, and execute detailed E2E test plans
- Utilize test tools for capturing, reporting, and repeating test cases
- Manage issue reporting, tracking, and resolution using tools such as JIRA
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior stakeholders across internal and external client groups
- Identify and engage all relevant stakeholders to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting are scoped, resourced, and budgeted within constraints of time, quality, and cost
- Ensure high-quality standards of documentation, processes, and control environment
- Work independently in unstructured environments with minimal supervision
- Adapt effectively to changing project scopes, priorities, and domains
Mandatory Domain Expertise:
- Define, manage, execute, and report detailed programme E2E test plans
- Experience in managing E2E testing for large-scale change programmes
- Strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle in an investment banking environment
Skills & Experience:
- Overall 5 years of investment banking/BFSI experience, including a minimum of 2 years in test management
- Excellent stakeholder management and structured communication skills
- Proficiency in issue and test management tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Flexible and open to change; able to adapt to dynamic project constraints
