Role Purpose
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of B2B learning and AI-led projects, ensuring seamless execution across mentors, content, internal teams, and external stakeholders. The role requires strong project ownership, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on experience with AI tools and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
- Manage end-to-end delivery of B2B projects, from onboarding to execution and closure.
- Own project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, quality, cost, and timelines.
Mentor & Faculty Management
- Manage and coordinate with mentors/faculty for smooth delivery of programs.
- Handle mentor onboarding, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Act as a single point of contact for mentors across projects.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Delivery, Content, Tech, and Operations.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as enterprise clients and partners.
- Drive regular project reviews, updates, and governance calls.
Content Management
- Coordinate with content teams to ensure timely availability and updates of learning content.
- Track content quality, relevance, and alignment with client requirements.
- Support customization of content for B2B and enterprise clients.
AI Project Management
- Manage AI-focused projects and initiatives within learning programs.
- Leverage AI tools for project tracking, reporting, automation, and optimization.
- Work closely with tech teams on AI integrations and enhancements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools, analytics dashboards, LMS platforms).
- Experience managing B2B or enterprise projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, project tracking tools, and dashboards.
Behavioral & Soft Skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capability in fast-paced environments.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).
- 56 years of relevant experience in project/program management.
- Prior experience in EdTech, Learning & Development, Digital, or AI-driven projects preferred.
