ELV Project Manager
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation
- PMP or Project Management certification preferred
Experience
- 510 years experience in ELV / BMS / MEP / Automation projects
- Proven track record in project execution, commissioning, and site management
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage ELV projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams
- Supervise site engineers and subcontractors
- Ensure timely completion, quality, safety, and documentation
- Monitor budget, resources, and project timelines
Skills Required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, MATV, KNX, BMS)
- Proficiency in project planning & scheduling tools (MS Project / Excel)
