Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager – Delivery & Execution to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery across cross-functional teams. This role is focused on execution excellence, sprint management, and Jira governance, enabling teams to operate efficiently in a fast-paced development environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure alignment of tasks across engineering, design, and QA teams
- Track progress against milestones and ensure on-time delivery
Agile & Sprint Management
- Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Define and monitor sprint goals, velocity, and delivery outcomes
- Ensure adherence to agile best practices and continuous improvement
Jira & Workflow Management
- Own and manage Jira boards, workflows, and ticket structures
- Ensure all tasks are well-defined with:
Clear descriptions
Acceptance criteria
Prioritisation and timelines
- Maintain high standards of ticket hygiene and tracking
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the central point of coordination between:
Backend (APIs, services)
Mobile (Android/iOS)
Game development (Unity)
QA and design teams
- Identify dependencies and proactively mitigate risks
Release & Delivery Management
- Oversee release cycles and deployment readiness
- Ensure features are tested, validated, and delivered without delays
- Maintain structured release checklists and timelines
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks early
- Drive resolution through structured follow-ups and escalation where needed
Reporting & Communication
- Provide regular status updates on project health, timelines, and risks
- Maintain transparency with stakeholders through clear reporting mechanisms
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Management / Program Management
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in gaming, mobile apps, or startup environments
- Familiarity with:
Backend systems and APIs
Mobile development workflows
Game development pipelines (Unity)
