Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage project delivery within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong account delivery management skills and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution to keep projects on track.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and documentation of action items and decisions.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, making adjustments as necessary to achieve project objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven expertise in account delivery management, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and relationship management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing projects in a technology or IT services environment.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in project management are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
