- Proven experience as a Project Manager handling enterprise-level engagements.
- Hands-on experience managing multi-vendor and cross-functional delivery environments.
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build long-term strategic relationships.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models.
- Capability to manage distributed teams and handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Serve as the primary representative for the customer, building strong day-to-day engagement.
- Develop, manage, and strengthen customer relationships through trust, transparency, and delivery excellence.
- Identify and nurture opportunities for account growth and new workstreams.
- Collaborate with internal business units to develop solutions and proposals for identified opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across teams including internal teams, client teams, and partner/vendor teams.
- Drive sprint planning, project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring timely resolutions.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present governance reports, dashboards, and project updates.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, quality standards, and delivery frameworks.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Professional certifications are a plus.
