Job Title: Project Manager – Data Center (Modular Systems)
Role Objective
To lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of modular support system projects in high-end data center environments, ensuring timely completion, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards while acting as the primary interface between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects with defined scope, timelines, and resources
- Manage client and stakeholder communication for seamless project delivery
- Oversee budgets, material usage, and overall project profitability
- Lead site execution ensuring alignment with approved drawings (GFC)
- Ensure quality control and adherence to EHS standards
- Manage vendors and contractors efficiently
- Track progress and provide reports to senior leadership
Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical), PMP/MBA preferred
- 8–12 years in project management (Data Center/Modular systems preferred)
- Strong in AutoCAD, MS Project, BIM/Revit
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
