Job Description

Role Purpose

Handle all end-to-end project responsibilities for supporting the business

Requirements

Total Experience

8-12 years

Relevant Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in managing end to end projects as a project manager for the team size of 5-6 members.
  • 2+ years of experience in creating/maintaining project documentation e.g. project charter, project plan, req doc, comm. plan, test plan, release plan, tech specs.
  • 2+ years of experience in handling digital transformation projects, automation projects (RPA-UiPath), legacy modernization etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities/Kras/Kpis

  • End-to-end project responsibilities, including initiation till prod release.
  • Manage team of size 10-15 members (remote offshore locations, perm employee and/ Partner resources)
  • Weekly project status reporting, Dashboards, maintaining project costs andprofitability.
  • Liaising with the vendor partners and maintaining relationships.
  • Manage all quality aspects of the deliverables.
  • Manage end to end support service (post go live support, L2-L3)
  • Assist in project estimation, analysis and req gathering etc.
  • Assist in cost-benefit analysis, RFPs and solutioning.

Mandatory Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in managing end to end project as a project manager for the team size of 5-6 members.
  • 2+ years of experience in creating/maintaining project documentation e.g. project charter, project plan, req doc, comm. plan, test plan, release plan, tech specs.
  • 2+ years of experience in handling digital transformation projects, automation projects, legacy modernization etc.
  • 4+ years of experience in handling direct customer and/ product owner - communication.
  • Experience in handling support services.
  • Experience in managing infra requirements.
  • Experience in SCRUM set up, aware about the ceremonies.
  • Strong process orientation, structured and well organized.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical, problem-solving skills and handling escalations.
  • Very good interpersonal skills, team management and leadership skills.
