Project Manager - Real Estate group
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager with strong expertise in
MIVAN shuttering technology to oversee residential and commercial projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project execution, coordination, vendor management, and driving project timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Prepare project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring work progress as per planned timelines.
- Monitor MIVAN shuttering works including assembly, installation, concreting, and de-shuttering.
- Ensure construction activities align with approved drawings and specifications.
- Quality & Safety Management
- Implement quality control measures for MIVAN structure and finishes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to address quality deviations.
- Team & Coordination
- Lead and supervise site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, and vendors.
- Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.
- Cost & Vendor Management
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Review BOQs, material requirements, and vendor performance.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials with a focus on MIVAN-related items.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily work progress reports, quality checklists, and project documentation.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress MIS for management.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
