Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor the Project plans in line with the Customer & Company requirements
- Provide technical support and guidance to execution team on Asset Management and Material/Spare Management
- Monitor & Control ongoing projects and report out to stake holders periodically Weekly, monthly as required Deliver the task on time with Quality and Manage member team (KPIs)
- Hire competent resources on time and deploy them to projects
- Co-ordinate with multiple departments/stake holders to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop team training plan to team based on varying project requirements
- People and resource management; shift allocations, yearly performance review

Work Experience
- Minimum 15+ years of Experience in Managing projects in oil & gas Industry
- Thorough understanding of EPL/RSPL (Equipment part list / Recommended spare parts list) for Commissioning Start-up & Life Cycle Operating spares.
- Able to review P&ID, SLDs & Flow diagrams.
- Experience in developing of Bill of material by referring Vendor/Manufacturer records, Cross sectional drawings, Data sheets etc.,
- Good Knowledge of Cataloguing and Procurement Cycles
- Good Knowledge of Inventory Optimization
- Knowledge in CMMS build
