Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor the Project plans in line with the Customer & Company requirements
  • Provide technical support and guidance to execution team on Asset Management and Material/Spare Management
  • Monitor & Control ongoing projects and report out to stake holders periodically Weekly, monthly as required Deliver the task on time with Quality and Manage member team (KPIs)
  • Hire competent resources on time and deploy them to projects
  • Co-ordinate with multiple departments/stake holders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop team training plan to team based on varying project requirements
  • People and resource management; shift allocations, yearly performance review

Work Experience

  • Minimum 15+ years of Experience in Managing projects in oil & gas Industry
  • Thorough understanding of EPL/RSPL (Equipment part list / Recommended spare parts list) for Commissioning Start-up & Life Cycle Operating spares.
  • Able to review P&ID, SLDs & Flow diagrams.
  • Experience in developing of Bill of material by referring Vendor/Manufacturer records, Cross sectional drawings, Data sheets etc.,
  • Good Knowledge of Cataloguing and Procurement Cycles
  • Good Knowledge of Inventory Optimization
  • Knowledge in CMMS build
