Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and product developments in the Off-Highway (Automotive) or Industrial Automation Solution industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder management, quality assurance, team management, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Oversee project execution, ensuring that project teams meet milestones, timelines, and stay within budget.
- Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal team members, for efficient cross-functional management.
- Risk Mitigation & Expedition: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Actively drive project expedition to accelerate progress.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet stringent quality standards and are delivered to clients on time.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage high-performance project teams, including recruiting and training team members.
- Documentation & Process Improvement: Develop and maintain thorough project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project deliverables. Continuously evaluate project management processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Industrial/Automotive (Off-Highway) Automation Solution industry.
- Methodologies & Tools: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Adaptability: Strong learning and adaptive ability.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, essential for cross-functional collaboration.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Software: Knowledge of project management software tools like Microsoft Projects, Planner, etc.
