Job Description

Should be 12-15 yrs of experience, with a gap between technical hands on and managerial position not more than 3-4yrs.
Should have net development background and knowledge of Azure Fundamentals
Senior TL who has just got into SM/PM role would also work
Should be able to review code or get hands on (if required)
Should be the bridge between the architects and the development/QA teams
Should have been involved in technical and architectural discussions
Should be able to review effort estimations and question the same
As a Scrum master should have delivered projects in Agile Scrum or SAFe
Must have run the Scrum Ceremonies Product Backlog Grooming Daily Scrum Sprint Planning Sprint Review Sprint Retrospective
Knowledge of Project Management Estimation Scheduling Planning Monitoring Tracking
Stakeholder Management
Backlog Management
Interaction and dealing with the scrum team to understand the sprint timelines and goals
Good knowledge on Azure ADO or Jira usage in project management for creating Epics Features User stories Sprint Planning capacity planning creating managing dashboards reporting based on burn up/down reports
Experienced in managing risks
Experience in managing bigger teams and collaboration with multiple geographically distributed teams
Experience in Azure Devops and building KPIs for the team
Strong team player and build highly skilled team through continuous improvement
