Program/Project Manager – Networking, Infrastructure & Cloud Migration

Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead large-scale networking, infrastructure, and cloud migration programs for global clients (Asia, Europe, US). The role demands strong technical understanding, governance expertise, and stakeholder management to ensure seamless execution from planning to stabilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program delivery for infrastructure & cloud migration initiatives
- Coordinate across network, infrastructure, security, application, and cloud teams
- Manage stakeholders (clients, internal teams, vendors)
- Maintain roadmaps, risk registers, and escalation matrices
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, SLAs, and quality standards
- Lead governance meetings, reporting, and executive reviews
- Oversee resource planning, change management, and transitions
- Enable cross-region collaboration (Asia, US, Europe)
- Identify risks and drive proactive mitigation
Technical Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of:
- Enterprise Networking: LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Routing, Switching, SD-WAN
- Data Center: Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Backup/DR
- Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Cloud Migration: Lift & Shift, Re-platforming, Hybrid/Multi-cloud
- Security & Compliance fundamentals
- Experience with ITIL / IT Service Management
- Familiarity with project/program management tools
- Basic exposure to DevOps / Automation (preferred)
