Stakeholder Management Manage relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination | - Proactively build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders for smooth cross-functional coordination
- Constantly take & provide inputs to stakeholders to improve output
- Gain concurrence, approval, and consensus from stakeholders regarding the various project aspects, adjust accordingly
