Job Title: Project Manager Construction

Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of residential construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, cost control, and coordination with all stakeholders. The role involves managing high-rise residential buildings from structural works to finishes in line with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Planning
- Responsible for execution of construction works within approved project timelines.
- Preparation of construction schedules and monitoring execution as per approved master construction plan.
- Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, dimensions, levels, and IS specifications.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting to Management.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Responsible for quality of construction and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Preparation of Quality Inspection Reports and getting approvals from Client Representatives and General Manager.
- Conduct QA/QC and EHS audits; ensure compliance and monitoring.
- Ensure proper housekeeping at site and mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Inspection of incoming materials as per approved BOQ and samples.
Billing, Budget & Cost Control
- Finalization, verification, and certification of contractor and vendor bills.
- Budget tracking and monitoring for assigned projects.
- Material reconciliation and billing reconciliation.
- Ensure billing accuracy and timely certification.
Materials & Inventory Management
- Ensure timely indenting and availability of required materials.
- Maintain and monitor site stock registers and material consumption.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and various agencies at site.
- Coordinate with architects for timely issue of drawings and technical clarifications.
- Maintain drawing registers and ensure proper design coordination.
- Ensure proper documentation of field changes and preparation of as-built drawings.
Reporting & Documentation
- Preparation of MIS reports on project progress.
- Preparation of progress site reports and presentations for Management.
- Maintain project documentation with all relevant stakeholders.
Team Management
- Delegation of work to subordinates and supervision of site teams.
- Ensure productivity and adherence to project objectives.
Other Responsibilities
- Any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering with 1015 years of exclusive experience in residential building construction.
- Proven experience in execution of high-rise residential apartment projects (structure & finishes).
- Candidates who have worked with reputed real estate developers or construction contractors will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, QA/QC, billing, safety standards, and project documentation.

- UG: Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
