About Role
We are looking for a highly driven and structured Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects, ensure timely execution, and drive alignment across teams. The role requires strong stakeholder management, problem-solving ability, and a keen eye for process improvement to deliver business objectives efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects/programs from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, R&D, HR, etc.) to ensure seamless execution
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively address risks and bottlenecks
- Drive program governance, including regular reviews, reporting, and stakeholder updates
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Ensure alignment of program objectives with overall business strategy
- Manage vendor/partner coordination, if applicable
- Maintain proper documentation of project plans, reports, and outcomes
- Support leadership with data-driven insights and decision-making

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering / Management / related field
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
- 3–8 years of experience in program/project management (preferably in manufacturing/FMCG/consumer goods)
- Experience in cross-functional project execution is a must
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, etc.)
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
