Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Engineer at our Indore location. The Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with customers and the sales team, and providing technical support. The role also includes collaborating with the engineering team to meet project requirements and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the customer's application and selecting a product to suit the same.
  • Maintaining information in the CRM
  • Studying Government RFQ's (Tenders) and preparing proposals in line with the requirements.
  • Techno commercial offer preparation in line with customer requirements.
  • Maintaining Customer relationships.
  • Technically selling the company's products to a wide range of Industrial customers
  • Occasionally negotiating orders directly with the customer
  • Preparing and submitting technical documentation including drawings and datasheets against project requirements.
  • Supporting Inspections at the factory against customer orders.
  • Registering the company as a vendor with prospective customers.

Qualification & Skills

  • BE in Electronics, E&TC or Instrumentation
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Good English communication
  • Computer Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
