Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client hiring needs, from requirement gathering to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead and mentor recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Plan, monitor, and deliver recruitment projects within deadlines.
  • Track and report hiring metrics (TAT, closure rate, offer-to-joining ratio).
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and labor laws.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven client hiring experience in staffing.
  • Strong project & team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling ability.
  • Proficiency in ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • 56 years of staffing/recruitment experience with direct client hiring exposure.
