We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager Projects to oversee our solar ground mounted projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing large-scale solar projects from inception to completion. As the Senior Manager Projects, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar ground mounted projects
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
• Lead a team of project managers and provide guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing solar ground mounted projects
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• PMP certification is a plus
