We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Compliance and Risk portfolio in the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance regulations and risk management, as well as project management expertise in delivering complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Compliance and Risk projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, risk frameworks (e.g., Basel III, SOX, Dodd-Frank), and compliance requirements (AML, KYC, GDPR).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and objectives, while mitigating risk and ensuring compliance.
- Act as the primary liaison between compliance, risk teams, and business units, providing regular updates on project status and risks.
- Ensure quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and adherence to risk management frameworks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster collaboration and lead cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of compliance and excellence.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in project management within the BFSI sector, with a focus on compliance and risk.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, risk management, and compliance standards.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
