Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager-IT Software to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience in managing software projects, demonstrating a strong ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver IT software projects on time and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among members.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA degree is preferable.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in IT software development.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
