Job Description: ServiceNow Product Owner / Product Manager IRM (GRC)
We are seeking a highly qualified ServiceNow Product Owner / Product Manager to support Integrated Risk Management (IRM / GRC) initiatives within McKinsey & Company's ServiceNow Center of Excellence & Innovation (CoEI).
The successful candidate will own the product and delivery lifecycle for ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management and Legal Service Delivery capabilities, acting as the primary interface between business stakeholders and ServiceNow delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business, risk, compliance, and legal objectives.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog and delivery roadmap for ServiceNow IRM (e.g., Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Issues Management, Audit Management) and ServiceNow LSD modules.
Translate business, risk, and compliance requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items.
Act as the Product Owner for IRM workstreams, driving scope, prioritization, and delivery outcomes.
Partner closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Tech Ecosystem stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, developers, QA, and delivery leads to guide solution design and implementation.
Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, CoEI standards, and enterprise governance.
Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and release readiness.
Track delivery progress, risks, and dependencies, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders
Skills
ServiceNow certifications (CSA and/or IRM Implementation Specialist).
Experience working in a ServiceNow CoE / CoEI or large, global enterprise environment.
Prior engagement with professional services firms or regulated industries.
Soft Skills
Strong organizational and execution skills across concurrent workstreams.
Clear, concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
High level of accountability, professionalism, and ownership mindset.
Education
8+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, with strong focus on IRM / GRC.
Prior experience in roles such as ServiceNow Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead.
Solid understanding of enterprise risk, compliance, audit, and governance processes.
Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow IRM modules and platform capabilities.
Proven experience delivering solutions using Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
