Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Indore. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles for Shopify and e-commerce implementations, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. The role involves monitoring risks and issues, driving process improvements, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with stakeholders. The Project Manager will also collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align project outcomes with client growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Project coordination and Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of project components
- Inspection skills to review deliverables and verify adherence to specifications and quality standards
- Logistics Management skills to oversee scheduling, resource movement, and operational dependencies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in IT, e-commerce, or Shopify-related projects is highly beneficial
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, information technology, or a related field preferred
