- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT/Maths/Statistics, or MBA with specialization in Operations.
- Experience in Delivery Project Management and Client Implementations is a must.
- Good knowledge and understanding of concepts related to SDLC, agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and FDD, PMP, Lean, and Six Sigma.
- Enthusiastic, energetic with passionate commitment to deliver products on time.
- Ability to manage stakeholder and collaborate with teams for issue resolution.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in driving change management.
- Good motivation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to understand and represent business and technology aspects of work and find the right balance to drive optimal outcomes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate complexity and implement structured solutions dynamically.
- Experience in handling multiple projects and teams.
Responsibilities- Taking ownership of project deliverables and participate in the full lifecycle of the development process.
- Lead and coach the scrum team(s) in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
- Guide and assist Product Owner and development team to adopt and use Agile practices and principles.
- Facilitate daily stand-up, sprint planning, backlog grooming, review, retrospective, and releases.
- Create or analyze business requirements documents/SOWs and project timelines.
- Coordination of tasks among teams in US and India.
- Collaborate with inter-department teams for issue resolution.
- Track progress and budgetary adherence of all projects.
- Constantly monitor and report on plan, progress, and risks to all stakeholders, identify issues and bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis, and evaluate performance.
- Ensure timely completion of all activities for customer Go Live.
- Ensure Project Assurance is implemented and strictly adhered to.
