We are looking for a Project Manager Intern to support and manage ongoing client projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager Intern, you will work closely with the Founder, Developers, Designers, and Clients to manage timelines, tasks, and communication for active projects. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to real client project management in an IT services environment.

Key Responsibilites

• Assist in managing ongoing client projects and daily task execution
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Prepare and maintain project plans, task boards, and documentation
• Conduct daily follow-ups to ensure task completion
• Communicate project updates to clients professionally
• Identify risks, delays, or blockers and escalate when required
• Maintain project status reports (daily/weekly)
• Ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Basic understanding of software or mobile app development lifecycle
• Comfortable working with tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and task trackers
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
