Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in North Goa for a Project Manager - Interiors/Finishing. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate interior and finishing works for various construction and renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard of quality. Day-to-day tasks will include project planning, managing resources, supervising subcontractors and teams, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and execution of interior/finishing works and related activities.
• Proficiency in vendor management, subcontractor coordination, and resource allocation for on-site construction projects.
• Strong understanding of civil works, MEP services, and their integration with interior and finishing works.
• Familiarity with design and technical drawings, budgeting, quality assurance, and safety management in construction projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in managing high end residential finishing projects, will be an advantage(Min-10 years)
