Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Develop comprehensive project schedules, timelines, and budgets for interior fitout works.

Execution & Monitoring

  • Oversee on-site progress, perform regular inspections, and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Organize coordination meetings and manage change orders to mitigate delays or cost overruns.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and motivate internal teams and external partners.
  • Serve as client liaison on interior design matters and resolve issues proactively.

Budget & Quality Control

  • Track project costs, control budgets, and propose cost-saving alternatives.

  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Issue progress reports, meeting minutes, site visit summaries, and final project documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
