Department: Intelligent Automation Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 4-7 Years ( PM Exp-Min 3 years) Role Type: Client-Facing & Internal Operations.

About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, experienced, and people-savvy Project Manager to join our Intelligent Automation vertical, a dynamic team specializing in building Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions enhanced with Artificial Intelligence. This is a high-impact role that blends client engagement with internal operations, requiring someone who can seamlessly manage stakeholder relationships while keeping projects on track.

The candidate will be assigned projects and will be expected to take complete end-to-end ownership - from requirements gathering and planning through to delivery, documentation, and sign-off. The candidate will lead a focused delivery team, acting as the central point of coordination across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Ownership

Take full ownership of all assigned automation projects from kickoff to Managed Services handover.

Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables.

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standard.

Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, to resolve them before they escalate.

Actively protect project scope by identifying and managing scope creep early. Ensure any changes to agreed deliverables are formally assessed, documented, and approved before being incorporated.

Client Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle and beyond, if needed. Conduct project discovery call to understand, clarify, and document client requirements.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.

Build trusted, long-term relationships with client teams and maintain a professional, positive presence at all times.

Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead and coordinate a project team comprising a Business Analyst and one to two Developers on a day-to-day basis.

Provide clear direction, set expectations, and ensure team members have what they need to deliver effectively.

Liaise across internal departments, whether it is development, IT, managed services or other operations teams, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Provide regular updates to the higher management as appropriate.

Documentation & Governance

Own all project documentation including project plans, PDDs, requirements specifications, status reports, meeting minutes, and sign-off documents.

Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date through regular reviews and accessible to all relevant stakeholders

Maintain clear audit trails and adhere to internal governance and delivery frameworks.

Process & Continuous Improvement

Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes, templates, and best practices within the vertical.

Stay informed on developments in RPA and AI automation to better support client conversations and project decisions.

What We are Looking For

Experience & Skills

3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a technology, automation, or digital transformation environment.

Proven track record of delivering client-facing automation projects end-to-end, on time and within scope.

Familiarity with RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) and/or AI-enabled functionalities is a strong advantage.

Solid understanding of SDLC and agile/waterfall delivery methodologies.

Strong documentation skills to produce clear, professional project artifacts with minimal oversight.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Zoho, Jira, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar).

Personal Attributes:

Highly intelligent and quick to grasp complex technical and business concepts.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate should be articulate, confident, and engaging in both client and internal settings.

Warm, approachable, and collaborative by nature, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong working relationships.

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
