Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of developers, testers & infra team.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ensure skill development.
Develop detailed project plans and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Oversee the development, testing and deployment of software solutions.
Clear idea about emerging technologies and recommend their adoption were beneficial.
Communicate project updates, risks and outcomes to management and clients.
Ensure code quality, scalability and security standards are maintained.
Anticipate technical challenges and proactively address them.

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and development frameworks.
Knowledge of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
Strong proficiency in estimation, schedule, resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management.
Ability to lead, mentor and motivate technical teams.
Proficiency in project management software tools.
Skilled at analyzing project requirements to accurately define the technical scope.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business-oriented language for stakeholders.
Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
