About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive professional who can handle both Project Management responsibilities and functional business analysis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coordinating projects, gathering requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

Experience in the Finance domain will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical, design, and operational teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Prepare project documentation such as BRDs, SRS, and project status reports.
• Facilitate meetings, demos, and discussions with stakeholders and clients.
• Support UAT, change requests, and implementation activities.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 23 years of combined experience in Project Management and Functional BA roles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and/or Agile methodologies.
• Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder coordination, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively with teams.
• Finance domain experience will be a plus.
