Role Description

We're hiring a full-time, on-site Project Manager at TESON in Thane (Mumbai Suburb) someone who can seamlessly blend project execution, business analysis, and client communication into one impactful role.

As a Project Manager at TESON, you will lead full-cycle delivery of software and product development projects, working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders. You'll not only manage sprints and resources but also gather requirements, analyze business needs, and act as the bridge between client and engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate client needs into structured deliverables (e.g., user stories, flow diagrams, wireframes)
• Plan and manage Agile sprints, resources, and timelines using tools like Jira
• Coordinate across developers, designers, QA, and leadership to ensure alignment and accountability
• Conduct regular client meetings, demos, and retrospectives
• Ensure scope, quality, and deadlines are met without compromise
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies

This is a key role for ensuring clarity, efficiency, and quality across all phases of delivery.

Qualifications

Project & Delivery Management:

• 1+ years of experience managing tech projects in a client-facing role
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices
• Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)

Business Analysis:

• Strong experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs
• Ability to work with wireframes, flow diagrams, and user personas
• Comfortable running discovery calls and translating business problems into tech tasks

Client & Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proven ability to manage expectations and build long-term client relationships
• Comfortably handle client interactions independently

Technical Alignment (Preferred):

• Awareness of modern tech stacks such as React, Django, Node.js, Docker
• Experience in IoT, hardware-software projects is a plus

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• PMP, CSM, or Business Analyst certifications are a plus
