We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil & Interiors to lead and deliver end-to-end execution of civil construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, quality control, cost management, and timely delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and design standards. With 10-15 years of work experience.
Responsibilities
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
- Manage complete project lifecycle for civil construction and interior works, from planning to handover
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, BOQs, resource plans, and cash flow forecasts
- Monitor on-site execution to ensure adherence to design, quality, safety, and timelines
- Supervise civil, MEP, and interior activities including finishing works
- Conduct site meetings, review progress, and resolve technical and execution challenges
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety norms
- Manage contractor performance, billing certification, and cost control
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and approval of samples
- Maintain proper project documentation and reporting to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
