Project Manager Responsibilities
A Project Manager is a person who specializes in managing teams for a particular ongoing project. He/She must have the ability to perfectly organise and allocate project resources, create budgets, track progress, and be updated throughout the process. Determine and define project scope and objectives. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
