Role Summary
We are looking for a highly execution-focused
Project Manager Hospital Commissioning & Go-Live to lead end-to-end commissioning of a hospital facility. The role is responsible for ensuring infrastructure, medical equipment, IT systems, clinical services, staffing, SOPs, and statutory compliances come together seamlessly for a safe and timely go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the master hospital commissioning and go-live project plan.
- Coordinate infrastructure, engineering, MEP, and facility readiness.
- Manage medical equipment procurement, installation, testing, and vendor coordination.
- Partner with clinical and operations teams to commission departments and services.
- Ensure IT systems (HIS/EMR/LIS/RIS/PACS, billing) are implemented, tested, and user-ready.
- Coordinate statutory approvals, licenses, and accreditation readiness (NABH/NABL/Fire/AERB, etc.).
- Align staffing, onboarding, and training with commissioning timelines.
- Lead go-live execution and post go-live stabilization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Healthcare Management, Operations, or related field.
- 510 years of experience in hospital commissioning, healthcare infrastructure, or healthcare projects.
- Mandatory: At least one end-to-end hospital commissioning and go-live experience.
