Project Manager

Homzinterio is looking for an experienced project manager for its Chennai operations. If you are a person working in Residential home interior industry, managing a team of atleast 3 to 5 site engineers and minimum of 20 projects overall then this position is for you !

Prerequisites:

1. You should have done your BE in civil engineering. Other engineers/BSC in Interior designing and BArch are also welcome.

2. ⁠You should have minimum of 5 years of work experience in residential home interiors after completing your graduation and of that minimum 2 years as a team/project manger.

4. ⁠You should be fluent in English and any one regional language preferably Tamil.

5. ⁠You should be good at modular woodwork fittings, understanding 2D drawings, site measurements, hardware measurements and fittings, different material installations etc

6 Good verbal and email communication skills, team management, customer management and customer escalations management skills

Job Description

1. Managing a team of site engineers

2. ⁠Ensure seamless project execution, client management and client escalations

3. ⁠Prepare project time line, Gantt Chart and monitoring of every work to ensure timely handover to every client

4. ⁠Recruit and Manage vendors and contractors

5. ⁠coordinate with other departments like Factory, Interior designers and sales team for effective understanding about project and accurate execution
